25 Best UX/UI Design Agencies in Singapore (2026)
Compare 25 UX/UI design agencies in Singapore, each checked on its own website: product or website focus, research services, pros and cons, and how to choose.

The short answer
- 01
Product studio or website studio? App and software projects need a different agency from a marketing website. Check each agency's focus first.
- 02
Ask how they research. Real UX work includes talking to and testing with your users, not just designing screens.
- 03
Agree the deliverables. Research findings, Figma files, a design system and a handover, all owned by you.
UX/UI agencies in Singapore range from research specialists who test with real users to studios that design and build whole apps. The biggest decision is matching the type of agency to your project, so we have grouped them by focus.
Below are 25 agencies, what each one is best at, and what to check before you brief them.

Pros
- Design and engineering in one team, from discovery to launch
- Weekly working demos during the build
- Says it can usually start within one to two weeks
Things to check
- Projects are scoped individually, so ask what the agreed scope includes
- Ask how much of the project is design work versus engineering
Good fit for: startups that want an MVP or app designed and built by one team.
UX audit, redesign or design system?
Not every project needs a full redesign. Pick the type of work that matches your problem.
If your website or app works but underperforms, an audit is usually the best first step. See our UI/UX audit service for what one covers.
What a UX project should deliver
Agree the deliverables before you start, so you can compare agencies like for like.
How to choose a UX/UI agency
- Match the focus. Product studios for apps and software, website studios for marketing sites, research specialists when you need evidence first.
- Look at case studies, not just screens. Good case studies show the problem, the research and the result.
- Ask how they research. Who do they talk to, how many users do they test with, and how do findings change the design?
- Check who builds it. Some agencies design only. If they hand over to your developers, ask what the handover includes.
- Agree ownership. Final files, research and design system should be yours.
Red flags
- No research or testing in the proposal, only “design”.
- Case studies with screens but no problem or outcome.
- A fixed number of screens quoted before anyone has asked about your users.
- Design files that stay in the agency’s account.
Testing with users, accessibility and the PDPA
If an agency records interviews or usability tests, the recordings and notes are personal data. Ask how they get consent, where recordings are stored, and when they are deleted, so the project follows the PDPA.
Ask too how they check accessibility: colour contrast, keyboard use, screen readers and readable text. It makes a product better for everyone, not just users with disabilities.
How we chose these agencies
Every agency here offers UX or UI design, has a Singapore presence, and has a working website that describes its services clearly enough to compare fairly. Each entry is written only from what the agency’s own website says.
Since our last update we removed 21 agencies: some had closed, some had changed business, and some no longer offer UX design or have a Singapore presence. We re-check this list every quarter.
How we approach UX at JIN
We start with a UI/UX audit when a site is underperforming: a usability review, key journey analysis and a prioritised list of fixes, walked through with your team. If a redesign is the right answer, the same team designs and builds it.
If you would like a second opinion on your website or app, talk to us or see our UI/UX audit service.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between UX and UI design?
UX (user experience) design is about how a product works: research, user journeys, structure and usability. UI (user interface) design is how it looks: layout, typography, colour and components. Most agencies do both, but some specialise in research and others in visual design.
How much does a UX/UI design agency cost in Singapore?
It depends on scope: how much research and testing you need, the number of screens or pages, whether you need a design system, and whether the agency also builds the product. Ask agencies to quote against the same brief and list what each phase delivers.
Should I start with a UX audit or a full redesign?
If your product or website works but underperforms, an audit is a faster, cheaper way to find the biggest problems and fix them in order. A redesign makes sense when the structure, brand or platform no longer fits.
What should a UX project deliver?
Typically research findings, user journeys or flows, wireframes, tested prototypes, final UI designs in a tool such as Figma, and often a design system or component library, plus a handover to your developers. Agree this list before you start.
Do UX agencies test with real users in Singapore?
Many do. Ask whether they recruit participants locally, how many sessions they run, whether testing is in person or remote, and how they handle recordings and personal data under the PDPA.
Who owns the design files?
You should. Agree in the contract that the final design files, research and design system belong to you, and that you get access to the working files, not just exported images.
