Sign-ins for customers and staff
Customers, members and staff each get their own login, and roles decide who can see and change what.
Web application development · Singapore
We build custom web apps for Singapore businesses, from customer portals and member areas to the booking systems and dashboards your team relies on. We work in React, Next.js, Astro, Vue and Node.js, choose the stack that suits your app, and hand over code you own.
What we build
01You know what your app needs to do. We turn your requirements into a working product, on the stack that suits it.
Customers, members and staff each get their own login, and roles decide who can see and change what.
Customers check their bookings, orders or documents themselves, which means fewer emails and calls for your team.
Each booking, sign-up or request is saved, confirmed by email and lands in one list your team works from.
Manage records, requests and content on screens laid out around the jobs your team does most.
Take payment through gateways such as Stripe, with PayNow where the gateway supports it, and keep data in step with your CRM and other tools.
Admin sign-in can include a two-factor code, and access is set by role. Usage tracking shows which marketing brings in sign-ups and where people get stuck.
Technology
We pick the stack that suits your app and the team who will look after it.

Why it works
02You click through real screens early, and releases are tested before they go live.
You click through real screens early on, while changes are still quick and cheap to make.
Sign-in, permissions, payments and unusual inputs are tested before every release.
Each update is checked for errors, slow pages and accessibility issues before your users see it.
How it works
03We agree who uses the app, what each person needs to do, what data it holds and which systems it links to.
You see the key screens and user flows, and sign them off before any code is written.
You click through working screens on a staging site as they are built. Sign-in, permissions and payments are tested end to end.
We go live, switch on tracking and hand over the code. After launch we stay on hand for fixes, changes and new features.

Send us your idea or brief, and we will tell you how we would approach it.
01
A website mainly tells people about your business. A web app lets them do something, such as sign in, book, pay, upload a document or check a status. Your team often needs one too, to handle the requests that come in.
If you mainly need a marketing website, our web development service is the better fit. If your team juggles spreadsheets, emails and separate tools to run one process, a custom web app brings it into one place.
02
We build customer portals, member areas, booking and enquiry systems, dashboards and internal admin tools. Each one follows your process, so your team keeps working the way it already does.
Most apps need to talk to other systems. We connect payment gateways, CRMs and other tools through their APIs, and test each connection end to end, including what happens when something fails.
03
We build on modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, Astro and Vue, with Node.js on the server and databases such as Postgres. The right choice depends on what the app does and who will look after it, so we recommend one once the scope is clear.
Apps run on managed hosting such as Vercel, set up in your company's name, or with the provider your IT team already uses. The hosting provider looks after the server. Need a phone app too? We build iOS and Android apps with React Native that share the same data as your web app.
04
Admin sign-in can include a two-factor code, and permissions are checked on every request. Each person sees only what their role allows. After launch, the app's framework and libraries are kept up to date.
If the app holds personal data, forms collect only the fields you need, in line with the PDPA.
05
You own the code and your data. The app runs on a managed hosting platform set up in your company's name, or with the hosting provider your IT team already uses, and you get every login. The hosting provider looks after the server.
The code is written so another developer can pick it up later.
