What we build

01

WordPress sites built around how you work

A new WordPress site or the one you already run, set up to load fast and stay easy to change.

A custom design on WordPress

A theme designed and built for your brand. Pages look the way you approved them, on phones as well as desktops.

Pages your staff can edit safely

Custom post types and Advanced Custom Fields give each page set fields to fill in. New pages stay on brand and the layout stays intact.

Takeovers and fixes

Inherited a site from another developer? We check it on a copy first, then fix broken layouts and plugin conflicts, worst first.

Fast pages on phones

Lean code and compressed images, with caching set up at launch, help pages load quickly on mobile data.

Plugins and integrations that work together

Your forms feed your CRM or email tool, and bookings or payments run through plugins chosen for their update record. The plugin list stays short.

Updates and support after launch

Tested core and plugin updates, backups and small edits through our maintenance plans, for sites we built and sites we did not.

Platforms

Built on WordPress, with WooCommerce or Elementor when you need them

We work across the WordPress family, so one developer can look after the whole site.

WordPress

Custom themes and content types, set up so new pages stay on brand as the site grows.

WooCommerce

A shop on the same site as your pages and blog, with PayNow through a supporting payment gateway.

Elementor

Visual page editing for marketing teams, with saved layouts that keep new pages consistent.

Why it works

02

A WordPress site that is easier to keep fast

A short plugin list and tested updates lower the risk of problems.

Fewer plugins, fewer clashes

Each plugin is checked for overlap and update history before it goes in. That keeps the site lighter and lowers the risk when updates arrive.

Quick on phones from day one

Key pages are built to load quickly on phones, with heavy images and scripts trimmed.

Updates tried on a copy first

Core and plugin updates run on a staging copy before the live site, which lowers the risk of a bad update reaching visitors.

How it works

03

How does a WordPress project work?

  1. 1

    Plan

We agree the pages, content types and integrations with you, and decide which plugins the site needs before the build starts.

  2. 2

    Design

You see the key pages designed for your brand and sign them off before development.

  3. 3

    Build on staging

You click through the site on a staging copy as it is built, so feedback comes in early.

  4. 4

    Launch and hand over

We go live on hosting set up in your name, with the server looked after by your hosting provider, switch on tracking and show your staff how to edit pages.

01

Custom WordPress development, built around your content

Before design starts, we map the pages you need, any custom content types such as projects or team members, and the fields your staff will edit. Forms that collect personal data get consent wording in line with the PDPA from day one.

The site runs on a managed hosting platform set up in your company's name. You own the domain, the content and every paid plugin licence, so you can change developers later without losing access. The server itself is looked after by your hosting provider.

02

Taking over an existing WordPress site

Many WordPress projects start with a site someone else built. We begin with a check on a copy of the site, covering every plugin and admin user, page speed and forms. You get a written list of what we found and what to fix first.

We then fix or rebuild in that order. If you are moving to WordPress from another platform, we map every old address and add permanent redirects, then watch Search Console after launch. That follows best practice, though no one can promise rankings.

03

What slows a WordPress site down, and how we fix it

Most slow WordPress sites we see carry a heavy theme, plugins that overlap, and full-size images straight from a camera. Each one adds weight to every page.

We measure first, then remove or replace what is heavy, compress images and set up caching. Changes are tested on a staging copy, and you see the before and after speed scores.

04

WooCommerce stores and Elementor sites on WordPress

When your site needs to sell, we add a WooCommerce store to it. PayNow runs through a supporting payment gateway, with delivery options for Singapore addresses.

When your marketing team wants to build pages visually, we use Elementor with saved layouts, so new pages stay on brand. Both have their own pages with more detail.

Talk to our team →
How much does a WordPress website cost in Singapore, and how long does it take?
It depends on how many page designs you need and on custom features such as booking or WooCommerce. Content and migration work count too. We do not publish fixed prices. Once we have your brief, we send an itemised quote and a timeline with milestones.
Can you take over or fix my existing WordPress site?
Yes. We check the site on a copy first, then fix problems in order of impact, often starting with plugin conflicts and speed. Pages and content that work stay as they are, and anything that moves gets a redirect.
Why is my WordPress site slow?
The usual causes are a heavy theme, too many overlapping plugins and large images. Missing caching adds to it. We measure the site, fix the biggest causes first and show you the speed scores before and after.
Do I own my WordPress website?
Yes. The domain and hosting account are in your name, and so is the content. Paid plugin licences can be bought in your name too.
Who looks after the site after launch?
We can. Our WordPress maintenance in Singapore covers tested updates, backups and small edits. It is open to sites we built and to sites built by others.
Do you build WooCommerce stores and Elementor sites?
Yes. Our WooCommerce development page covers online stores with PayNow and GST settings. Our Elementor developers page covers WordPress sites built visually.
Should I hire a WordPress freelancer or an agency?
Both can work. A freelancer can suit a small site with a clear scope. An agency suits projects that need design and development together, or cover when someone is on leave. Whoever you hire, ask who owns the code and hosting, and who handles updates after launch.
