What's included

01

What our website analytics service covers

GA4 setup, audit and migration

A measurement plan and documented event schema, then GA4 set up or fixed and linked with Google Search Console, so the data you base decisions on is complete and reliable.

Google Tag Manager

Tags managed in one container, so events, ad conversions and other tags can be added or changed without editing site code each time. Every tag is checked event by event.

Conversion and lead tracking

Form submissions, WhatsApp and call taps, outbound clicks and ecommerce events from product view to purchase, each recorded as a conversion you can report on.

Google Ads and Meta conversions

GA4 linked with Google Ads, and lead and purchase conversions set up for Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, so your campaigns are measured on enquiries and sales.

First-party tracking with Pulse

Pulse runs on your own site with no third-party cookies, using one first-party cookie (zp_vid) to recognise returning visitors. It records visits that ad blockers can hide from Google Analytics.

Reports your team will read

GA4 reports and explorations set up for your goals, the Pulse dashboard for visits, sources and enquiries, and AI summaries that explain what changed in plain English.

Where AI helps

02

How we explain your numbers each week

We use AI to work faster, and our team reviews every detail before it reaches you.

Your week, explained

AI reads your GA4 and Pulse data and tells you in plain English what changed, where it changed and the likely reason, instead of leaving you with another dashboard.

Tracking plans drafted from your site

AI scans your pages, forms and checkout to propose the events worth tracking. We refine the plan with you, then implement and test it.

Broken tracking caught early

AI watches for sudden drops in traffic, duplicate events and conversions that stop recording after a site change, and flags them so we fix the tracking before data is lost.

How it works

03

How we set up your analytics

  1. 1

    Audit

We review your current GA4 property, tags and ad conversions to see what is tracked, what is missing and what is broken.

  2. 2

    Plan

We agree the forms, buttons, campaigns and sales that matter, and document the event schema so everyone knows what is tracked and why.

  3. 3

    Implement and verify

We set up GA4, Tag Manager, conversions and Pulse, then test every event end to end and compare the results before sign-off.

  4. 4

    Report and explain

Your reports and Pulse dashboard go live, AI summaries start arriving, and we walk your team through what the numbers mean.

What GA4 gives

What GA4 gives you once it is set up properly

Unsampled standard reports

Standard reports are not sampled, so the numbers are not estimates from a sample.

The full customer journey

Events across visits make it simpler to follow how customers behave and see where your marketing needs attention.

Event-based segments

Build audiences and segments for campaigns based on the actions people took, with time conditions if you need them.

Engagement metrics

Engaged sessions and engagement rate show how people actually use your site, not only how many arrived.

Website and app data together

Website data and Firebase app data can sit in one property, so you see engagement across platforms in one place.

Explorations and funnels

Explorations and custom funnels, once limited to the paid GA360, are available free in GA4.

01

GA4 setup and migration for Singapore websites

Google stopped Universal Analytics from recording data on 1 July 2023, so GA4 is now the standard. Many properties were set up in a hurry during the switch and still miss key events, conversions or links to Google Ads and Search Console.

We handle GA4 setup, audits and migration from the plan and event schema through to tags, quality checks and reports. If you already have GA4, we fix what is missing rather than starting again.

02

Conversion and lead tracking: forms, WhatsApp, calls and checkout

Most businesses can see how many enquiries came in, but not where they came from. We track every form, WhatsApp button, call button and checkout step, and record the channel, campaign and page behind each one.

Singapore is not on Google's list of countries for Google forwarding numbers, so Google Ads cannot count the calls themselves. We track taps on call and WhatsApp buttons instead, which gives you a reliable count of people who chose to get in touch.

03

Why does GA4 show fewer visits than you expect?

Ad blockers, cookie consent choices and browser privacy settings stop Google Analytics from recording some visitors. Those visits still happen, and some of them become enquiries.

Pulse, our first-party analytics, runs on your own site with no third-party cookies and sets one first-party cookie (zp_vid) to recognise returning visitors. Used alongside GA4, it fills in visits GA4 can miss, shows the first and last touch behind every enquiry, and still respects the choices your privacy policy offers visitors.

04

Website analytics reports in plain English

A GA4 property is only useful if your team trusts and understands it. We document every event, set up the reports you will actually open and walk you through them.

Pulse shows visits, sources, journeys and enquiries in one view, and AI summaries explain what changed each week. Ask for access to the Pulse demo, which uses sample data.

FAQ

Website analytics FAQs

Can't find what you're looking for?

Talk to our team →
Is Universal Analytics still working?
No. Universal Analytics stopped recording new data on 1 July 2023. GA4 is the version Google supports now, so every site should have it set up properly.
We already have GA4. Can you still help?
Yes. We audit existing GA4 setups, fix missing or broken events, add conversion and ecommerce tracking, link Google Ads and Search Console, and set up reports your team will use.
Do I need Google Tag Manager for GA4?
Not strictly. GA4 can be added directly to your site. We often recommend Tag Manager because it lets you add and change events, Google Ads conversions and other tags without editing site code each time.
Can you track WhatsApp clicks and phone calls?
Yes, as taps on your WhatsApp and call buttons, recorded in GA4, Google Ads and Pulse. Google forwarding numbers are not available in Singapore, so the calls themselves cannot be counted in Google Ads.
What is Pulse, and does it replace Google Analytics?
Pulse is our first-party website analytics. It shows visits, sources, journeys and the first and last touch behind every enquiry. It runs alongside GA4 rather than replacing it, so GA4 keeps feeding your Google Ads and reports.
Does Pulse use cookies?
It uses no third-party cookies. It sets one first-party cookie, zp_vid, to recognise returning visitors, and we make sure your privacy policy explains it.
How do I get started?
Book a free consultation. We review your current analytics, agree what to track and explain what the setup involves before anything is installed.
