15 Digital Marketing Agencies in Singapore (2026)
Compare 15 full-service digital marketing agencies in Singapore, checked on their own sites, plus what a retainer should cover, costs, tracking and EDGE grants.

The short answer
- 01
Pick by the job, not the menu. Most full-service agencies list the same channels, so choose by who runs your account, which channels they lead with and how they report enquiries.
- 02
Keep every account in your name. Ad accounts, Google Analytics, your Google Business Profile, the Meta business portfolio, the domain and the website should belong to your company, with the agency added as a user.
- 03
Measure enquiries, not clicks. One tracking plan across search, ads and social, with tagged links and recorded form, call and WhatsApp enquiries, shows which channel deserves the next dollar.
The best digital marketing agency in Singapore for you is strongest at your goal, such as B2B leads or online sales. Most list the same channels, so compare who runs your account and whether they report enquiries.
Every campaign ends on your website, which is the part we build, along with its SEO and the tracking that shows where enquiries come from. Need one channel only? See our guides to SEO agencies and Google Ads agencies.
Last checked: October 2026. Every agency was checked on its own website and is listed alphabetically.

Should you hire a full-service digital marketing agency or specialists?
Hire a full-service digital marketing agency if you want one plan, one budget and one report across search, ads and social. Hire specialists if one channel matters far more than the rest, or if someone on your team can coordinate several agencies.
| Set-up | Suits | Who sets the budget split | Ask about |
|---|---|---|---|
| One full-service agency | SMEs without a marketing team | The agency, with your approval | Who runs your account day to day |
| Separate specialists | One channel that drives most sales | You | How each agency reports, so results can be compared |
| In-house marketer plus agencies | Companies with a marketing lead | Your marketer | Access for your marketer to every account |
With one agency, ask how it decides the budget split and how often it reviews it against your goal. With several specialists, each agency reports its own numbers, and the totals can add up to more enquiries than you actually received. Either way, one tracking plan that every channel shares (see the measurement section below) keeps the comparison fair.
What should a digital marketing retainer in Singapore include?
A digital marketing retainer should list in writing the channels covered, the work done in each every month, the ad budget and how it is paid, what the report measures, who owns each account, and how you can leave.
The points that cause the most confusion later:
- Work per channel: “SEO and social” can mean anything. Ask for the number of pages, articles, posts, videos and ad sets each month.
- Ad spend: paid directly to Google, Meta or TikTok from your own ad account. The agency’s management fee is separate, and the contract should say whether it is fixed or a percentage of spend.
- Website changes: most campaigns need new landing pages or page edits. Confirm who makes them, how fast, and whether they are in the fee.
- Tracking: who sets up Google Analytics key events, call and WhatsApp click tracking, and the Meta pixel, and who can see the data.
- Account ownership: keep the Google Ads and Meta ad accounts, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, the domain and the website in your company’s name, with the agency added as a user or partner. Keep at least one admin from your own team.
- Term and exit: the minimum term, the notice period, and a written handover of files, logins and campaign history when you leave.
- GST: if the agency is GST-registered, its fee carries 9% GST. Ask for quotes that show the fee, the GST and the ad spend on separate lines.
How much does a digital marketing agency cost in Singapore?
The cost of a digital marketing agency in Singapore depends mainly on how many channels it runs, your monthly ad budget and how much content and creative you need. Few agencies publish prices, so the fairest comparison is written quotes for the same brief.
Common ways agencies charge:
- Monthly retainer for planning, content, campaign management and reporting across agreed channels.
- Ad management fee, fixed or a percentage of ad spend, on top of the ad spend itself.
- Fixed-term packages, such as three or six months, for a set mix of channels.
- Project fees for a website, landing pages, a tracking set-up or a campaign launch.
MediaPlus Digital’s digital marketing page lists the factors that decide its quotes: the number of channels, the monthly ad budget, the pages or keywords in scope, creative volume, and any tracking or landing page work. Those are a good checklist for comparing any agency’s price.
Here is an example brief a small business could send to every agency on its shortlist:
- Goal: more enquiries for our renovation services, counted as form submissions, calls and WhatsApp clicks.
- Channels: Google Ads for people searching now, SEO for our main service pages, and Facebook and Instagram ads for retargeting.
- Ad budget: a fixed monthly amount paid by us directly to Google and Meta from our own ad accounts.
- Content: two new or improved service pages and four social ad creatives a month.
- Website: one campaign landing page at the start, then small edits as needed; tell us who makes them.
- Tracking: enquiries recorded by channel and campaign in Google Analytics, with a monthly report and a short review call.
- Terms: a three-month start, then monthly, with every account in our company’s name and a handover if we stop.
With every quote built on the same brief, differences in price and scope are easy to see.
How do you measure digital marketing results across channels?
Measure every channel against the same goal, using one tracking plan: tag every link, send each campaign to a page with one clear next step, record forms, calls and WhatsApp clicks as key events, and report enquiries by channel and campaign each month.
A few Singapore details make this harder than it looks:
- WhatsApp is where many enquiries end. A tap on a WhatsApp button can be recorded as a key event, but the conversation itself happens outside your website. Ask your agency how it counts WhatsApp enquiries and links them to the campaign.
- Call tracking is limited for Google Ads. Singapore is not on Google’s list of countries for Google forwarding numbers, so Google Ads can count taps on your phone number but not the calls themselves. Some agencies use their own call tracking, such as Activa Media’s AM-Track, so ask how calls are counted.
- Links shared in apps lose their source. Visits from WhatsApp, Telegram and some social apps often arrive as Direct unless the link carries UTM tags. Our free UTM link builder tags links consistently and shows which Google Analytics channel each will land in.
Agencies report their own channels well, but the enquiry is recorded on your website. Our website tracking records forms, calls and WhatsApp clicks first-party, with the source of each enquiry, so you can compare agencies and channels on the same numbers. If your campaigns send traffic to a single offer, our guide to landing pages for Google Ads in Singapore covers Google’s requirements, with examples.
What rules apply to digital marketing in Singapore?
Digital marketing in Singapore has to follow the PDPA for personal data, the Do Not Call rules for calls and messages, and the advertising codes for what ads may say. Your agency runs the campaigns, but your business is responsible for the data it collects.
- Consent for lead forms: lead forms on your website, Facebook or Instagram collect personal data. Tell people what you will use it for and get consent for marketing; silence or inaction is not consent (PDPC Key Concepts).
- Do Not Call Registry: before marketing calls, SMS or WhatsApp messages to Singapore numbers, check them against the DNC Registry unless you hold clear and unambiguous consent in a form you can prove. Check results are valid for 21 days (PDPC guide to the DNC provisions).
- Marketing email: unsolicited commercial email sent in bulk needs an unsubscribe facility and an <ADV> label under the Spam Control Act.
- Sponsored posts: the ASAS guidelines require paid or gifted influencer posts to be disclosed clearly and early. Our social media agencies guide covers the details.
- Clinics: healthcare providers follow the Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations 2021, which restrict superlatives, comparisons and before-and-after images. Ask your agency how it checks ads and landing pages against them.
Can you get a grant for digital marketing in Singapore?
Possibly, for specific activities. Enterprise Singapore’s Productivity Solutions Grant, Enterprise Development Grant and Market Readiness Assistance grant ceased on 29 September 2026.
The EDGE grant replaced them from 30 September 2026. Ongoing applications under the old grants continue to be processed. PSG run by other agencies moves to EDGE in phases from November 2026.
EDGE support is up to 70% for SMEs and up to 50% for non-SMEs, varying by activity, with a total cap of S$100,000 a year across activities, and it is paid as a reimbursement once the activity is completed and paid for. Several agencies in this list say their digital marketing packages are supported under EDGE. Before you sign, check that the exact package appears on Enterprise Singapore’s activity list, and read its timing rules: for some activities, no work or payment can happen before you apply.
How we chose these digital marketing agencies
Every agency here offers digital marketing across several channels (at least search and social), has a Singapore office, and has a website that describes its services clearly enough to compare.
Agencies that focus on one channel are covered in our separate guides to SEO, Google Ads, social media and Facebook and Instagram ads.
Each entry is written only from what the agency’s own website says, and the list is alphabetical. Where a homepage showed ratings, rankings or other claims we do not reproduce, we show another page from the agency’s own site, or leave those elements out of the screenshot. Agencies whose websites we could not check are left out until the next review. Grant details come from Enterprise Singapore, and the rules from PDPC pages, all checked in October 2026. We re-check this list every quarter.
Getting more from your digital marketing agency
Your digital marketing agency brings people to your website. Whether they enquire depends on the pages they land on and whether each enquiry is traced back to the channel that brought it.
We design and build websites and landing pages for Singapore businesses, look after their SEO, and set up tracking your agency can report from. Talk to us about the website side of your marketing.
Frequently asked questions
Which is the best digital marketing agency in Singapore?
There is no single best agency for every business. The right one is the agency whose main strength matches your goal, such as leads for a B2B firm, online sales for a shop or bookings for a clinic, and who reports results as enquiries or sales by channel. Compare two or three agencies on the same written brief.
What does a digital marketing agency do?
A full-service digital marketing agency plans and runs your online marketing across several channels: SEO, Google Ads, social media and paid social, content, email and often the website itself. It sets the budget split between channels, creates the ads and content, and reports what each channel brings in.
How much does a digital marketing agency cost in Singapore?
It depends on the number of channels, your monthly ad budget, how much content and creative you need, and any website or tracking work. Ad spend is paid to Google, Meta or TikTok separately from the agency's fee. Few agencies publish prices, so send the same brief to each and compare line by line.
Should I hire a full-service agency or separate specialists?
A full-service agency suits businesses that want one plan, one budget and one report across channels. Specialists suit businesses with one channel that matters most, or an in-house marketer who can coordinate several agencies. Many businesses start with one agency and add a specialist later.
How long does digital marketing take to show results?
Paid search and social ads can bring visits and enquiries within days of launch, though campaigns usually need a few weeks of data to settle. SEO normally takes several months to show steady growth. Results are never certain, so agree on what will be measured each month, and read the conditions of any guarantee.
Can I get a grant for digital marketing in Singapore?
Possibly, for specific activities. The Productivity Solutions Grant and Enterprise Development Grant closed to new applications on 29 September 2026, and Enterprise Singapore's EDGE grant replaced them from 30 September 2026. Check that the exact package is on Enterprise Singapore's activity list, and apply before any work or payment.
Who should own the ad accounts and website?
Your business. Create the Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile accounts in your company's name, give the agency access, and keep at least one admin from your own team. The domain and website hosting should be in your company's name too.
