22 Social Media Marketing Agencies in Singapore (2026)
Compare 22 social media marketing agencies in Singapore, checked on their own sites, plus what a retainer should cover, ASAS influencer rules and UTM tracking.

The short answer
- 01
Choose by what social media must do. Monthly content and replies, paid social, influencer campaigns and Xiaohongshu each suit different agencies.
- 02
Get the retainer in writing. It should list the platforms, posts and videos per month, rounds of changes, reporting, and who owns the accounts and files.
- 03
Tag every link you post. UTM tags and a matching landing page show which posts and ads bring enquiries, not just likes.
The right social media agency in Singapore depends on what you need social media to do. A studio that wants weekly posts suits a different agency from a clinic that needs ads tied to enquiries.
Results also depend on the page people land on after they tap your link. We build those pages through our landing page design service, with tracking that shows which post brought each enquiry.
Last checked: October 2026. Every agency was checked on its own website and is listed alphabetically.

Which type of social media agency fits your business?
Most social media agencies in Singapore fall into four groups, and each suits a different kind of business. Knowing which group you need narrows a long list quickly.
| Type of agency | Best for | Ask about |
|---|---|---|
| Boutique studio | Small brands in one niche that want posts, shoots and replies from a small team | Who covers your account during leave |
| Full-service digital agency | Businesses that want social media planned with SEO, Google Ads and the website | Who runs your account day to day |
| Paid social specialist | Leads and online sales from Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn ads | Whether organic posting is included |
| Global creative agency | Large brand campaigns with video, influencers and several markets | Minimum project size |
If you also have someone in-house, an agency can take the parts that need specialist skills, such as video, ads or influencer campaigns, while your team handles daily posts and replies.
Which social media platforms do Singapore audiences use?
By advertising audience, YouTube reports the largest reach in Singapore (5.33 million in late 2025), ahead of Facebook and TikTok (3.80 million each, TikTok counting adults only) and Instagram (3.35 million). LinkedIn reports 5.10 million registered members.
These figures come from Kepios’s Digital 2026 Singapore report (published November 2025), which counts 5.33 million social media user identities in Singapore in October 2025.
| Platform | Ad audience in Singapore, late 2025 | What businesses usually use it for |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube | 5.33 million | Longer videos, how-to content, video ads |
| 5.10 million members | B2B content, hiring, company news | |
| 3.80 million | Local community, events, lead ads | |
| TikTok | 3.80 million (aged 18 and over) | Short video and product discovery |
| 3.35 million | Visual brands, Reels and Stories | |
| Messenger | 1.75 million | Conversations started from ads and pages |
These are the audiences each platform’s advertising tools report, not counts of unique people, and LinkedIn’s figure counts registered members rather than active users. Use them to see where people are, then choose platforms by your customers and your goal.
A few Singapore-specific points matter when you brief an agency:
- WhatsApp is where many enquiries end up, so plan how replies, broadcasts and WhatsApp clicks are handled and counted (see the Do Not Call rules below).
- Xiaohongshu (RedNote) and WeChat reach Chinese-speaking audiences in Singapore and visitors from China. Only some agencies cover them; four in this list do.
- Bilingual content in English and Chinese needs a native checker for the second language. Ask who writes and checks it.
What should a social media retainer in Singapore include?
A social media retainer should list every deliverable in writing: platforms, posts and videos per month, rounds of changes, community management hours, ads, reporting, and who owns the accounts and files.
The points that cause the most confusion later:
- Content volume: “12 posts a month” can mean 12 static images or 12 edited videos. Ask for the split by format and platform.
- Community management: confirm the hours, response times, weekends and public holidays, and who answers complaints.
- Ads: ad spend goes to the platform through your own ad account. The agency’s management fee is separate.
- Influencers: creator fees, how long you may reuse their content in your own ads, and who checks the disclosure.
- Ownership: keep the social accounts, the Meta business portfolio and the ad accounts in your company’s name, with the agency added as a partner, and at least one admin from your own team. Ask for raw footage and design files at the end of each month or on exit.
- Reporting: reach and engagement are useful, but ask for enquiries, sales or sign-ups by platform and campaign too.
How much does a social media agency cost in Singapore?
The cost of a social media agency in Singapore depends mainly on how much content you need and how much of it is video, not on the number of platforms alone. Few agencies publish their fees, so compare written quotes for the same brief.
Common ways agencies charge:
- Monthly retainer for planning, content, publishing and community management.
- Campaign or project fee for a launch, an event or a set of videos.
- Ad management fee, either fixed or a percentage of ad spend, on top of the ad spend itself.
- Influencer fees per creator, often with the agency’s management fee added.
- Production (photo and video shoots) quoted per shoot or bundled into the retainer.
What pushes the price up or down: the number of videos and shoots, languages (English only, or English and Chinese), community management hours, influencer campaigns, and how much reporting you need. Send every agency the same brief and ask for a line-by-line breakdown.
Here is an example brief a small business could send to every agency on its shortlist:
- Goal: more enquiries for weekday classes, measured by form submissions and WhatsApp clicks.
- Platforms: Instagram and Facebook, with TikTok as an option to quote separately.
- Deliverables per month: 8 feed posts, 4 short videos for Reels and TikTok, and Stories for promotions.
- Shoots: one half-day photo and video shoot a month at our premises; we keep the raw files.
- Languages: English captions, with Chinese for two posts a month.
- Community management: replies to comments and messages on weekdays, office hours; urgent issues passed to us the same day.
- Ads: campaign setup and management for lead ads; ad spend paid by us directly to Meta from our own ad account.
- Reporting: a monthly report with reach, engagement and enquiries by campaign, and a short review call.
- Terms: a three-month start, then monthly, with handover of files and access if we stop.
With every quote built on the same brief, the differences in price and scope are easy to see.
What are the ASAS rules for influencer and sponsored posts in Singapore?
In Singapore, any post that a brand paid for or gifted must say so clearly and early, under the Advertising Standards Authority of Singapore (ASAS) guidelines for social media. The rules apply to the brand, its agency and the influencer.
The ASAS Guidelines on Interactive Marketing Communication and Social Media took effect on 29 August 2016 as part of the Singapore Code of Advertising Practice. In short:
- Disclose any connection between the influencer and the brand that could affect how the post is judged, including payment, free products, friendly favours and special invitations.
- Make the disclosure clear and prominent: shown early with minimal scrolling, readable on any device, and not only behind a hyperlink.
- Match the format: in the picture or caption for images, visible in the video itself for video, and spoken for audio.
- Short forms: use “#sponsored”, “#sp” or “#adv” where space is short (the guidance notes also list “#endorsed”). Longer posts can say “This post was sponsored by…” or “We were a guest of…”.
- No fake engagement: buying likes, creating fake accounts or using programmes to generate views is not allowed.
According to the then Ministry of Communications and Information’s written reply to a Parliamentary Question on 7 February 2023, posting commercial content without disclosing the sponsorship breaches the Code, and ASAS will ask for it to be amended or removed. The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act can also apply where non-disclosure of sponsorship misleads consumers. Healthcare and financial services have extra advertising rules, so ask your agency how it checks those before anything is posted.
WhatsApp broadcasts and the Do Not Call Registry
Before you send marketing messages by WhatsApp, SMS or phone call to Singapore numbers, check them against the Do Not Call Registry unless you hold clear and unambiguous consent in a form you can prove. Check results are valid for 21 days. PDPC’s guide to the DNC provisions explains the details.
Lead forms and the PDPA
Lead forms on Facebook, Instagram or your website collect personal data, so the PDPA applies. Tell people what you will use their details for and get their consent for marketing; silence or inaction is not consent (PDPC Key Concepts).
How do you measure social media results with UTM tags?
Add UTM tags to every link you post, so Google Analytics can show which platform, post and campaign each visit and enquiry came from. Without tags, many visits from apps and WhatsApp chats arrive with no source and are counted as Direct.
Here is one campaign tagged for the places a Singapore business usually posts. Keep the campaign name identical everywhere, in lower case, so Google Analytics adds them up in one row.

All of these use the same utm_campaign, such as cny-promo-2027. For Meta ads, add the tags under URL parameters in Ads Manager; {{site_source_name}} fills in fb or ig for most clicks. Our free UTM link builder tidies the tags, shows the channel each link will land in, and makes a QR code for print.
Tags show where visits came from. To see enquiries, the page behind the link has to record them. Send each campaign to a landing page that continues the post’s offer with one clear next step, and track form submissions and WhatsApp clicks against the campaign. Our website tracking does this first-party and shows each enquiry with its source in Pulse, our live dashboard. For what makes a page convert, see what makes a good landing page.
If your social media budget is mostly ads, our guides to Facebook and Instagram ads agencies and TikTok advertising agencies cover those specialists, and user-generated content agencies covers creator content for ads.
Can you get a grant for social media marketing in Singapore?
Only for specific activities, and the scheme changed in 2026. Enterprise Singapore’s Productivity Solutions Grant, which many agency pages still mention, closed to new applications on 29 September 2026.
Enterprise Singapore’s EDGE grant replaced it from 30 September 2026, with support levels that differ by activity. PSG run by other agencies moves to EDGE in phases from November 2026.
Some agencies say their digital marketing packages are supported under EDGE. Before you sign, check that the exact package appears on the Enterprise Singapore activity page and read its timing rules: for the EDGE online shop activity, for example, no work or payment can happen before you apply. Grants are paid as a reimbursement after the activity is completed and paid for.
How we chose these social media agencies
Every agency here offers social media marketing, management or paid social, presents itself as a Singapore agency, and has a website that describes its service clearly enough to compare.
Each entry is written only from what the agency’s own website says, and the list is alphabetical. Agencies whose websites we could not check are left out until the next review.
Platform figures come from Kepios’s Digital 2026 Singapore report, and the rules from ASAS, PDPC and Enterprise Singapore pages, all checked in October 2026. We re-check this list every quarter.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a social media agency cost in Singapore?
It depends on the platforms, how many posts and videos you need each month, photo and video shoots, community management hours, influencer fees and whether ads are managed. Ad spend is paid to the platforms separately. Few agencies publish prices, so send the same brief to two or three agencies and compare what each quote includes.
What does a social media agency do?
It plans what to post, creates the content, publishes it, replies to comments and messages, runs paid social campaigns, works with influencers and reports the results. Many agencies sell these as separate services, so check which ones your plan includes.
What is the most popular social media platform in Singapore?
By advertising audience, YouTube is the largest. Kepios's Digital 2026 Singapore report puts YouTube's ad audience at 5.33 million in late 2025, Facebook at 3.80 million and TikTok at 3.80 million (adults 18 and over), and Instagram at 3.35 million. These are ad audience figures, not counts of unique people.
Do influencers in Singapore have to disclose sponsored posts?
Yes. The ASAS guidelines on social media say any paid or gifted relationship must be disclosed clearly and early in the post, for example with "#sponsored", "#sp" or "#adv" where space is short, or a line such as "This post was sponsored by". ASAS can ask for undisclosed posts to be amended or removed.
Should I hire a social media agency or build an in-house team?
Hire in-house if social media is a daily channel that needs someone on site for shoots and quick replies. Use an agency if you need strategy, design, video and ads but not enough work for several hires. Many businesses combine an in-house coordinator with an agency for video and ads.
Who should own my social media accounts?
Your business. Keep the social accounts, the Meta business portfolio and the ad accounts in your company's name, give the agency partner or admin access, and keep at least one admin from your own team. Ask for raw footage and design files to be handed over too.
How do I know if social media is bringing in enquiries?
Add UTM tags to every link you post, send each campaign to a page with one clear next step, and track form submissions and WhatsApp clicks. Google Analytics then shows which platform, post and campaign brought each enquiry.
