20 Graphic Design Agencies in Singapore (2026)
Compare 20 graphic design agencies in Singapore, each checked on its own website: specialities, services, pros and things to check, plus files, licences and how to brief.

The short answer
- 01
Match the studio to the job. A packaging studio, an annual report specialist and a campaign agency work very differently.
- 02
Agree what you will own. Copyright, source files, font and stock licences should be settled before the final invoice.
- 03
Brief everyone the same way. One clear brief makes quotes easy to compare.
The right graphic design agency depends mostly on what you need designed. A packaging studio, an annual report specialist and a campaign agency each work in different ways, with different processes and deliverables.
Below are 20 Singapore agencies grouped by what they are best at, with what each one offers and what to ask before you brief them.

What graphic design covers
Graphic design is a broad term. When you brief an agency, it helps to name the type of work:
- Identity: logo, colours, typography and brand guidelines.
- Print collateral: brochures, name cards, flyers, signage and event materials.
- Publications: annual and sustainability reports, magazines and books.
- Packaging: labels, boxes and point-of-sale displays.
- Campaigns: advertising, social media and launch materials.
- Digital: social graphics, presentations, and website visuals.
Agency, studio, freelancer or design subscription?
| Option | Best for | Things to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Design agency | Larger brand programmes and campaigns across many formats | Who will work on your account day to day |
| Small studio | Identity, packaging and reports with a senior designer involved | Capacity during busy periods |
| Freelancer | Single pieces or small, well-defined jobs | Cover during leave, and file handover |
| Design subscription | Ongoing, routine design requests | How briefs, revisions and file ownership work |
How to brief and compare quotes
A short, clear brief gets better ideas and quotes you can compare. Send the same one to each agency.
Your brief should cover what you need designed, who it is for, where it will be used, any brand guidelines you already have, examples you like, your deadline and your budget range.
Files, licences and ownership
Most disputes after a design project are about files and rights. Settle these at the start.
Before you finalise a new logo or name, search the IPOS trademark register for anything similar in your business category.
Print basics
If your project is going to print, agree who manages the printer. Ask for print-ready files with the right colour mode and bleed, and for a physical or digital proof before the full run. For bilingual materials, check that the agency is comfortable setting both languages, and allow time for checking the second language.
Grants
Some design and marketing work can be supported by government grants. Schemes change from time to time, so check the current rules on GoBusiness and ask the agency in writing whether your project qualifies.
How we chose these agencies
Every agency here offers graphic design, has a Singapore presence, and has a working website that describes its services clearly enough to compare fairly. Each entry is written only from what the agency’s own website says. We re-check this list every quarter.
From brand to website
Once your brand is ready, the website is usually where customers meet it first. We design and build websites around your brand guidelines, and work alongside brand and graphic design studios. Talk to us or see our web design service.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a graphic design agency cost in Singapore?
It depends on the job: how many pieces you need, how much concept work and how many rounds of changes, whether copywriting, illustration or photography are included, and print management. Send the same brief to two or three agencies and compare what each quote includes.
Who owns the design after the project?
Ownership is set by your contract. Ask for copyright to be assigned to your company on final payment, and for the source files. Fonts and stock images are licensed separately, so check the licences cover how you plan to use them.
What files should I receive for a logo?
Vector files (such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) for print and signage, PNG files with transparent backgrounds for digital use, colour and black-and-white versions, and a short guide with your colours and fonts.
Should I check trademarks before finalising a logo?
Yes. Search the IPOS trademark register for similar names and marks in your class before you commit, and consider registering your mark once the logo is final.
What is the difference between a branding agency and a graphic design agency?
A branding agency usually starts with strategy: positioning, naming and messaging, then the identity. A graphic design agency focuses on the visual work itself, such as logos, collateral, reports, packaging and campaigns. Many studios do both.
Can a graphic design agency design my website too?
Some can. Many design studios create the visual direction and work with a web design agency to design and build the site, so ask how website projects are handled.
