11 Best Shopify Agencies in Singapore (2026)
Compare Shopify agencies and experts in Singapore, each checked on its own site, with partner tiers, Shopify plan costs, PayNow, GST pricing and migrations.

The short answer
- 01
Shortlist by the store you need. A first store on a standard plan, a Shopify Plus migration and a B2B catalogue suit different agencies, so check what each one lists.
- 02
Plan the Singapore checkout early. PayNow comes through a gateway app and adds Shopify's third-party fee, GST-registered sellers must show GST-inclusive prices, and delivery fees should show before payment.
- 03
Keep the store in your name. Open the Shopify account yourself, add the agency as a collaborator, and get the theme code and app list in writing.
The right Shopify agency in Singapore builds the store you need, from a custom theme to a Shopify Plus migration. It should also set up PayNow at checkout and GST-inclusive prices for local buyers.
Shopify’s partner tier shows an agency’s track record on Shopify. Below we compare Singapore agencies side by side, then cover what Singapore stores need at checkout and when moving from WooCommerce.
Last checked: October 2026. Every agency is described from its own website, and partner tiers come from Shopify's Partner Directory on 24 October 2026. JIN Design is our company and is listed first, and the rest are in alphabetical order. If you already know you want us, see our ecommerce website design page.

What does a Shopify store cost in Singapore?
A Shopify store costs a monthly plan plus apps and payment fees, and then the agency’s build fee. Shopify publishes its plan prices in SGD on its Singapore pricing page, and new stores start with 3 days free and then $1 a month for 3 months.
| Shopify plan | Paid yearly | Paid monthly | Online card rate (Shopify Payments) | Third-party gateway fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | S$29 a month | S$39 a month | 3.2% + S$0.50 | 2% |
| Grow | S$99 a month | S$132 a month | 3.1% + S$0.50 | 1% |
| Advanced | S$399 a month | S$531 a month | 3% + S$0.50 | 0.6% |
| Plus | From US$2,300 a month | From US$2,300 a month | 2.9% + S$0.50 | 0.2% |
The third-party fee is the line most budgets miss. Shopify charges it on orders paid through a gateway other than Shopify Payments, and that is how most Singapore stores take PayNow (see the PayNow section below).
Here is an example. A store on Grow takes S$20,000 a month through a PayNow gateway, so Shopify adds 1%, or S$200, on top of the gateway’s own fee. On Basic the same sales would cost S$400. Run this sum for your own order mix before you pick a plan.
Agency fees are quoted per project. The design and the size of your catalogue move the price most. Integrations and a move from an existing store add to it.
Should your Shopify agency build a custom theme or use apps?
Most stores sit between the two. A custom theme is designed around your products and brand, while a store theme from Shopify’s Theme Store is styled to fit and extended with apps.
Apps are quick to add, but each paid one is another monthly bill, and many load their own scripts on every page. A custom theme takes longer to build and keeps more of the code under your control.
Ask every agency for two lists before you sign. One shows what is custom code in the theme. The other shows each app with its monthly cost. When an app is removed later, ask the agency to check the theme for leftover code.
The best Shopify agencies and experts in Singapore
1. JIN Design
A Singapore web agency that designs and builds online stores on Shopify, WooCommerce or custom code.
We design custom Shopify themes, set up stores and move your store data across from WooCommerce or a custom store. Because we also build on WooCommerce and custom code, we recommend Shopify only when it suits your catalogue and your team.
The Singapore details are planned before design starts. PayNow sits next to cards at checkout through a gateway that supports it, GST-registered stores show GST-inclusive prices, and the delivery fee appears before payment.
Where it can be traced, each order is linked to the campaign that brought the buyer and sent back to Google and Meta. When a store moves platform, every old address redirects to its new page.

How do Shopify stores in Singapore accept PayNow?
Shopify stores in Singapore accept PayNow through a payment gateway that offers PayNow and has a Shopify app. PayNow is not among the Shopify Payments rates on Shopify’s Singapore pricing page, so it has to come from a separate provider.
When we checked their sites in October 2026, HitPay, Airwallex and Antom each listed PayNow and a Shopify plugin. Our guide to payment gateways in Singapore compares them in more detail, including payout times.
Shopify’s pricing page lists a separate fee for orders paid through third-party payment providers. A store that runs cards through Shopify Payments and PayNow through a gateway pays that fee on its PayNow orders only.
Ask your agency to place real PayNow test orders before launch. Check that the order is marked paid on its own, and that refunds work the way your team expects.
How should a Shopify store in Singapore show GST?
If your business is GST-registered, IRAS requires the prices you show to the public, including on your website, to include GST (currently 9%).
Shopify’s tax settings let you show product prices with tax included. Ask your agency to set this up, then check a product page, the cart and the order confirmation email. Each one should show the same GST-inclusive total.
If you are not GST-registered, do not charge GST at all. Shopify’s pricing page does not say whether its own plan fees include GST, so check your first Shopify bill too.
How do Shopify stores handle delivery in Singapore?
Shopify’s delivery settings cover flat and weight-based shipping rates, free shipping above an amount, local delivery and in-store pickup. Couriers usually connect through the courier’s own app or a shipping app that books several couriers.
Singapore addresses need a unit number as well as the block and street, so make sure the checkout asks for it clearly. Ask which delivery speeds and pickup options your courier and agency can set up.
Show the delivery fee before payment, so the total at checkout holds no surprises. For how delivery promises fit into campaigns, see our guide to ecommerce marketing in Singapore.
What should a Shopify agency handle when you move from WooCommerce?
A WooCommerce to Shopify move has to carry over your store data and every old URL. Shopify puts products under /products/ and collections under /collections/, so most WooCommerce addresses change and each one needs a redirect.
Shopify’s own migration guide gives the order. Import products first, then customers, then past orders. Products and customers can come across by CSV or the Store Migration app, while past orders need an app or Shopify’s API. The guide also suggests turning off new-order notifications during the import, or staff get an email for every old order.
Customer passwords do not usually come across, so ask how customers will reactivate their accounts. Set up the redirects before the domain moves, then check that your most-visited old pages land in the right place after launch.
Several agencies in this guide name WooCommerce among the platforms they migrate from. Ask each one which records they move, how they map redirects, and how many test orders they place before the switch. If you are still choosing a platform, our guide to planning an online store in Singapore compares Shopify, WooCommerce and custom builds.
What to ask a Shopify agency in Singapore before you sign
Send every agency on your shortlist the same questions and compare the written answers next to the quotes.
- Whose name is the store in? Open the Shopify account under your company and add the agency as a collaborator, which Shopify supports.
- What is custom and what is an app? Get the app list with monthly costs, and ask who owns the theme code.
- Which gateway gives us PayNow? Ask for the gateway’s fee and Shopify’s third-party fee on your plan.
- How will prices show GST? Check one product page together before launch.
- Which delivery options will you set up? Ask which couriers they connect and how fees show at checkout.
- For a migration, which records move and how are redirects tested?
- What happens after launch? Ask what the support plan covers and how fast they respond.
What do Shopify Partner tiers mean for Singapore buyers?
Shopify’s Partner Directory shows tiers from Select up to Platinum on each partner’s profile. Shopify says partners are tiered on several factors, including their history of experience and proven success on Shopify.
A tier is a useful first filter, and it says nothing about price or about whether an agency takes on stores your size. When we checked the directory on 24 October 2026, 25 partners were listed under Singapore. A tier is one signal, so also look at each agency’s own Shopify work.
How we chose these Shopify agencies
Every agency here lists Shopify store work on its own website and gives a Singapore address or describes itself as based in Singapore. We filtered Shopify’s Partner Directory by Singapore, checked each partner’s own site, and added agencies with a Shopify service page in Singapore.
Each entry is written only from what the agency’s own website says. Tiers are copied from Shopify’s directory as shown on 24 October 2026. We re-check this list every quarter.
How JIN Design builds Shopify stores in Singapore
We design custom Shopify themes and move stores across from WooCommerce or custom builds. Because we also build on WooCommerce and custom code, we will tell you if Shopify does not suit your catalogue.
Your Shopify account stays in your company’s name. Your store launches with PayNow and cards working, and old URLs redirect to their new pages.
See what our ecommerce website design service covers, or talk to us about your store.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a Shopify store cost in Singapore?
Shopify's Singapore pricing page (checked 24 October 2026) lists Basic at S$29, Grow at S$99 and Advanced at S$399 a month when paid yearly, or S$39, S$132 and S$531 paid monthly. Shopify Plus starts at US$2,300 a month. On top come paid apps, payment fees and the agency's build fee, which depends on the design, the size of your catalogue and any migration.
Can I hire someone to set up my Shopify store in Singapore?
Yes. Shopify agencies and freelance Shopify experts set up stores, design themes and move products across from other platforms. Shopify's Partner Directory lets you filter partners by location, and each agency in this guide lists Shopify store work on its own website.
Can a Shopify store in Singapore accept PayNow?
Yes, through a payment gateway that offers PayNow and has a Shopify app. PayNow is not listed among the Shopify Payments rates on Shopify's Singapore pricing page, so orders paid this way also carry Shopify's third-party transaction fee, which ranges from 2% on Basic to 0.2% on Plus.
What do Shopify Partner tiers mean?
Shopify's Partner Directory shows tiers from Select up to Platinum. Shopify says partners are tiered on several factors, including their history of experience and proven success on Shopify. A tier tells you about an agency's track record on Shopify, so still compare its proposal, team and quote for your own store.
Should I move my WooCommerce store to Shopify?
It can make sense if you would rather Shopify run the hosting and checkout, and your products fit Shopify's plans and apps. Stay on WooCommerce if you need deep custom rules or full control of the code. If you move, plan a redirect for every old URL, because Shopify's product and collection addresses differ from WooCommerce's.
Can I hire someone to manage my Shopify store?
Yes. Several agencies in this guide list Shopify store maintenance or monthly support, covering theme changes, app updates, speed and new features. Ask what the monthly fee includes and how fast they respond.
Which is the best Shopify agency in Singapore?
The best one for you builds the kind of store you need, explains which parts are custom and which are apps, and sets up PayNow, GST-inclusive prices and delivery for Singapore. We list ourselves first, then the other agencies alphabetically, each described from its own website.
