Landing page design · Singapore
Our landing page design service in Singapore helps turn more of your Google and Meta ad clicks into enquiries, bookings and sales. Each page picks up where the ad left off. Tracking shows which campaign brought each lead, so you know where your ad budget works hardest.
Why they convert
01Every part of the page works toward one action, so more of your ad clicks become leads and sales.
Copy written around the keyword and the ad people clicked, so the headline repeats their promise and the page answers the questions that searcher has.
Layout and buttons lead to a single action, such as a quote form, a booking, a purchase or a WhatsApp chat, in your brand's look.
Many ad clicks arrive on a phone, so the first screen is designed for one, the page stays light and it is tested on real devices before launch.
Form enquiries, WhatsApp taps and call taps are tracked as separate conversions in GA4 and Google Ads, and tested end to end before the ads go live.
Scroll and click tracking show where visitors stop, with a heatmap tool such as Microsoft Clarity if you want one.
Only the fields you need, a plain notice of purpose next to the button and a separate, unticked opt-in for marketing messages.

See it in action
Each ad lands on a page with the same offer and one clear next step. Every enquiry carries the campaign it came from, so you can see which ads bring leads.
Example flow. A search ad for aircon servicing leads to a landing page with the same headline, a short quote form and a WhatsApp button. Each lead is recorded against its campaign. Example numbers: the aircon servicing search ad brought 38 leads from 412 clicks, the weekend slots social ad 24 leads from 655 clicks, and the brand name search ad 15 leads from 128 clicks.

Why it works
02Each campaign lands on a page that speaks to it, and the data shows what to change next.
Headlines and copy match your ads, keywords and search terms, so each campaign lands on a page that speaks to it.
When a campaign has the traffic, variants test the changes that matter most, such as the offer.
Scroll, click and enquiry data across your pages show where visitors leave and which change to try next.
How it works
03We look at your ads, keywords, audience and offer, the one action you want visitors to take and any advertising rules for your sector.
The page is written and laid out so the first screen keeps the promise of the ad.
You approve the design in Figma, then the page is built in WordPress or custom code to match your site, with tracking set up and tested before launch.
Leads are compared with what the ad platforms report, and you get a clear suggestion for the next change to test.
Landing page design
Each campaign type needs a slightly different page.
A page for each ad group theme, written around its keywords, for people who are already looking for what you sell.
Pages that give enough context for someone who was scrolling instead of searching, before asking for the enquiry or sale.
Pages for a new service, a product launch or a seasonal offer, which can be switched off or updated when the campaign ends.
Registration pages with a short form, a clear PDPA notice and confirmation emails set up with your form provider.
Pages planned around MOH, CEA or Google financial services rules from the start, with the copy checked against them before design.
A separate page for each ad language, so a visitor who clicked a Chinese ad lands on a Chinese page.
Compare
Many businesses send ad clicks to their homepage. This is how a dedicated landing page differs.
| Homepage | Landing page | |
|---|---|---|
| Who it speaks to | Every visitor, for every service | The people behind one ad group or offer |
| First screen | Your brand and general services | The words of the keyword and the ad, with the offer |
| Next step | Many links and menus | One main button, with a second option at most |
| Tracking | Enquiries mixed across the site | Leads from that campaign, by contact option |
| Best for | Branded searches and returning visitors | Paid campaigns and specific offers |

01
Google rates landing page experience as one of the three parts of Quality Score, based on how relevant and useful the page is to people who clicked the ad. Each ad group theme gets a page that repeats the words of its keyword and ad, with the offer and the main button on the first screen of a phone.
Facebook and Instagram visitors were not searching for you, so their pages need more context before the ask. The two are planned separately, even when the offer is the same.
02
Every contact option is tracked on its own. A form counts when it is submitted successfully, and taps on WhatsApp and phone links count separately. Google forwarding numbers are not offered in Singapore, so Google Ads can count taps on your number but not the calls themselves. You can compare those taps with the chats and calls you receive.
A/B tests need more traffic than most small campaigns get. Big changes, such as the offer or the main contact option, are worth testing first, with scroll and click data guiding the smaller ones.
03
Yes. Forms carry a short notice of why you collect the details, ask only for what you need to reply and keep marketing consent as a separate, unticked choice. Enquiry forms never ask for NRIC numbers.
Some sectors have rules that shape the page itself. Clinic pages follow MOH's healthcare advertising regulations, property pages show the CEA particulars, and financial advertisers verify with Google before ads can run. Your page is planned around them from the brief.
04
The main factors are how much copy is needed, whether the page is designed from scratch or within your existing site, the number of variants, integrations such as a CRM or booking system, and the tracking set-up. We quote a fixed scope after the brief.
Enterprise Singapore's EDGE grant has no category for a company website on its own, so it is safer to plan a landing page budget without a grant.
