Built to sell

01

WooCommerce stores built around your products

A WooCommerce store shaped around your products, from the first product page to the order email.

A store designed for your range

Category pages, filters and product pages planned around what you sell and how your customers shop on their phones.

A checkout Singapore buyers know

PayNow through a supporting payment gateway, with cards and PayPal alongside. Delivery fees show before payment, so fewer shoppers drop off at the last step.

An admin that is easy to run

Products, stock and orders are set up so your staff can manage them every day without calling a developer.

Takeovers and fixes

Inherited a slow or broken store? We check plugins, payments and tracking on a copy, then fix the worst problems first.

Linked to your other systems

Courier, accounting and email marketing tools connect through plugins or their APIs, and each link is checked end to end before launch.

Sales you can trace

GA4 ecommerce events record each step from product view to purchase, so you can see which campaigns bring in orders.

Platforms

WooCommerce, connected to how you sell

Your store links to the payment, tracking and ad tools you already use, such as these.

  • WooCommerce
  • WordPress
  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Google Analytics

Why it works

02

A checkout your customers can rely on

Every payment method is tested before launch, and on a maintenance plan updates are tested on a copy first.

Every payment method tested

Test orders run through each payment and delivery option, and a refund is checked, before the store goes live.

Tested updates on maintenance plans

WordPress, WooCommerce and plugin updates are tested on a staging copy, so checkout is tested after each one.

Only the extensions you need

Each extension is checked for overlap, speed and update history. The store stays lighter and easier to look after.

How it works

03

How does a WooCommerce project work?

  1. 1

    Plan

We go through your products, payment methods and delivery options, and agree what the store should track.

  2. 2

    Design

You see the shop, product and checkout pages designed for your brand before the build starts.

  3. 3

    Build and test

We build on a staging copy, bring your products in and place test orders with every payment and delivery method.

  4. 4

    Launch and care

We go live on hosting set up in your name, with the server looked after by your hosting provider, and show your staff how to run orders. If you pick a maintenance plan, we keep the store updated.

01

How PayNow and GST work on a WooCommerce store

PayNow reaches WooCommerce through a payment gateway plugin, so we confirm the plugin itself lists PayNow before you sign up with a gateway. Checkout then shows a QR code for each order, and the order moves to paid once the customer approves it in their banking app.

If you are GST-registered, prices are entered and shown with 9% GST included, as IRAS requires for prices shown to the public. The cart, checkout, order emails and invoices all show the same total.

02

Taking over or fixing an existing WooCommerce store

Stores that have grown over a few years often carry overlapping plugins, an outdated theme and tracking that counts some orders twice. Checkout slows down, and updates start to feel risky.

We check the store on a copy first and write down what we find. Then we fix it in order of impact, starting with checkout and speed, and test each fix with real payment methods before it reaches the live store.

03

Moving your store to WooCommerce

Products, categories and customer records come across where your current platform allows an export, and past orders can often move too. Every old product and category address gets a permanent redirect, and each one is tested before the switch.

After launch we watch Search Console and fix any errors. That follows best practice, though no one can promise rankings after any move.

04

Looking after your WooCommerce store after launch

A store takes payments and holds customer data, so updates need testing before they reach the live site. Our maintenance plans cover tested WordPress and WooCommerce updates, backups, security plugin monitoring and small changes.

Many Singapore sellers also keep their Shopee or Lazada shops. Your own store keeps customer details with consent and lets you run your own promotions.

Talk to our team →
How much does a WooCommerce store cost in Singapore?
It depends on your catalogue, how custom the design is and which systems the store connects to. Moving an existing store adds work. We do not publish fixed prices. After a free consultation we send an itemised quote.
Can WooCommerce accept PayNow?
Yes, through a payment gateway whose WooCommerce plugin supports PayNow. Check the plugin itself lists PayNow, not only the gateway website. Our list of payment gateways in Singapore shows which providers list PayNow.
How do I set up 9% GST in WooCommerce?
Only charge GST if your business is GST-registered. In WooCommerce settings, turn on tax rates and calculations and choose to enter prices inclusive of tax. Add a standard rate of 9% for Singapore (country code SG) and show prices including tax in the shop and at checkout. Then check that an order email and invoice show the same total.
Can you take over or fix my WooCommerce store?
Yes. We check the plugins, payment set-up and tracking on a copy first, then fix problems in order of impact. Stores we did not build are welcome.
Can you move my store to WooCommerce?
Yes. We move products, categories and customer data where the export allows, rebuild the design in WooCommerce and redirect old product addresses to their new pages. Payments, shipping and tracking are tested end to end before we switch over.
Should I choose WooCommerce or Shopify?
Both run good stores in Singapore. WooCommerce suits teams already on WordPress who want their products and content in one place. Shopify suits teams that want a hosted platform with little upkeep. We build on both, and our ecommerce website page compares them.
Can you maintain my WooCommerce store after launch?
Yes. Our website maintenance plans cover tested updates, backups, security plugin monitoring and edits, for stores we built and stores built by others.
