FeetCare is an SME in Singapore that dedicates to helping their customers to find the right relief and solution for any feet issue.
We were commissioned in early 2020 to help them revamp the entire website to communicate clearly on their service and product offering.
- Rewrote the website copies to simplify the messaging
- Crafted illustrations for the common foot problems so customers can use the pictures to identify their foot condition
- Redesigned the eCommerce pages and categorised all products for easy-searching
- Created a dedicated section for FAQs to answer improve customer experience
- Developed with WordPress and made it easy for the content team to insert content & events
