Vulcan Post Label is a Singapore-based online shopping platform that highlights local products and brands. With over 60 partners in the country, VP Label aims to promote a new shopping experience for its customers. We were tasked with studying their site analytics to understand consumers’ behaviour, then structure and design a website that would optimise conversion rates.
A Dedicated Section to Promote Special Occasions and Best Sellers
We set up a section that allows merchants to highlight product promotions for festive seasons or sales and lets customers view all the best available deals at a glance. The dynamic best sellers category also constantly updates the selection of products.
A Review Section to Build Credibility in Customers’ Eyes
We incorporated social proofing by placing customer reviews in a prominent section. This strategy gains trust from potential buyers and also spreads awareness about products by local brands.
A Brand Filter to Easily Find Favourite Products
We built an advanced feature to allow customers to browse all available brands and filter by product categories. This gives buyers an overview of all available brands and lets them quickly find what they need.
