GRIT is a platform that’s pushing boundaries in recruitment. With GRIT, companies apply to you, not the other way round. Leveraging their lively brand colours, we crafted a bold mood board that expressed their innovative and audacious spirit at a new level.

Sharp, eye-catching isometric illustrations were a central part of the design. Tastefully crafted by The Visual Team (TVT) — our sister agency — each illustration piece reinforces key information while creating some visual fun.

The overall result was a vibrant and spirited feel for the website — creating a deep, lasting impression for talents and employers.

User-friendly for talents and employers alike

The GRIT website targets both talents and employers. To achieve this effectively, the site was segmented accordingly with highly visible tabs on the menu.

With GRIT’s default homepage meant for talents, employers could access their own section through the Employer tab in just one click.

For both Talent and Employer segments, the site hierarchy was thoughtfully planned and reiterated. Across navigation menus and the footer, pages were grouped and displayed for maximum intuitiveness and minimum clutter.
