What's included

01

What our GA4 setup covers

What you get when we take on your ga4 setup project.

01

Tracking plan & event schema

A measurement plan for your goals, with GA4 event schema documentation so everyone knows what is tracked and why.

02

Tag implementation & QA

Tags implemented cleanly through Google Tag Manager or directly on the site, then checked event by event, so the data you base decisions on is reliable.

03

Ecommerce tracking

Product views, add to cart, checkout and purchase events wired up for online stores, with ecommerce reports ready to use.

04

Google Ads & Search Console

GA4 linked with Google Ads and Google Search Console where applicable, so traffic, search and spend sit in one view.

05

Pairs with our AI-powered tracking

Add our first-party website tracking alongside GA4 to see visits that ad blockers and cookie settings can hide from Google Analytics.

06

Reports & support

Standard and Explorer reports set up for your team, plus email support after launch while you settle in.

Where AI helps

02

How AI keeps your GA4 data accurate

We use AI to work faster, and our team reviews every detail before it reaches you.

Numbers explained in plain English

AI reads your GA4 and first-party data and tells you what changed, where and the likely reason, instead of leaving you with another dashboard.

Tracking plans drafted from your site

AI scans your pages, forms and checkout to propose the events worth tracking. We refine the plan with you and implement it.

Broken tracking caught early

AI watches for sudden drops, duplicate events and missing conversions after site changes, and flags them so we fix tracking before data is lost.

How it works

03

How the GA4 setup runs

  1. 1

    Audit

We review your current analytics, tags and goals to see what is tracked, what is missing and what is broken.

  2. 2

    Plan

We design the GA4 setup or migration plan and document the event schema around the actions that matter to your business.

  3. 3

    Implement

We implement tags, ecommerce tracking, first-party tracking and integrations, then test every event before sign-off.

  4. 4

    Report & explain

We set up your reports and AI analysis, walk your team through them and stay on hand for questions.

What GA4 offers

What GA4 offers over Universal Analytics

Unsampled data

Standard reports are no longer sampled, so the numbers you base decisions on are reliable.

The full user journey

It is simpler to follow customer behaviour and see where your marketing needs attention or a change of strategy.

Expanded segmentation

Build targeted segments for campaigns based on events, with time conditions if you need them.

Engagement metrics

Bounce rate gives way to positive engagement data that shows how people actually use your site.

Cross-platform tracking

Website data and Firebase app data sit together, so you see engagement across platforms in one place.

Advanced analysis

Explorations and custom funnels, once limited to GA360, are available free in GA4.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup and migration in Singapore

Google stopped Universal Analytics from recording data on 1 July 2023, so GA4 is now the standard. A rushed or partial setup often misses key events, conversions and integrations.

We handle end-to-end GA4 setup, migration and implementation: from the plan and event schema to tags, quality assurance and reports.

Privacy, measurement and integration in GA4

GA4 was built with data privacy in mind. It includes privacy controls that help you work within regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and gives more detailed insight into your audience and customer habits than earlier versions.

It also integrates smoothly with other Google products and services, which keeps your data and reporting in one connected setup.

GA4 consultants who explain the numbers

A GA4 property is only useful if your team trusts and understands it. We document every event, set up the reports you will actually open and walk you through them.

Ad blockers and cookie settings can stop Google Analytics from recording some visits. If you need the fuller picture, our AI-powered website tracking runs alongside GA4 and explains the results in plain English.

FAQ

GA4 setup FAQs

Can't find what you're looking for?

Talk to our team →
Is Universal Analytics still working?
No. Universal Analytics stopped recording new data on 1 July 2023. GA4 is the version Google supports now, so every site should have it set up properly.
We already have GA4. Can you still help?
Yes. We audit existing GA4 setups, fix missing or broken events, add ecommerce tracking and integrations, and set up reports your team will use.
Do you set up ecommerce tracking?
Yes. For online stores we implement ecommerce tags and set up ecommerce reports in Standard and Explorer views.
Do I need Google Tag Manager for GA4?
Not strictly. GA4 can be added directly to your site. We often recommend Tag Manager because it lets you add and change events, Google Ads conversions and other tags without editing site code each time.
Why does GA4 show fewer visits than I expect?
Ad blockers, cookie consent choices and browser privacy settings can stop GA4 from recording some visits. Our first-party website tracking runs on your own site and captures those visits, so used alongside GA4 it gives you a fuller view.
Can GA4 connect to Google Ads and Search Console?
Yes. Where applicable, we link GA4 with Google Ads and Google Search Console as part of the setup.
