Women's health specialists in Singapore
Halcyra is a new women's clinic where specialists in gynaecology, pregnancy, fertility and menopause work alongside a midwife and a pelvic health physiotherapist. Appointments are unhurried, and you see the same doctor each time.
New patients welcome
You can book without a referral. First visits are 45 minutes, so there is time for every question.
01 · Our approach
We opened Halcyra so women in Singapore could see a specialist without feeling rushed. The rooms are calm, the appointments are longer, and we explain things in words that make sense.
01Longer appointments
First visits are booked for 45 minutes and follow-ups for 20, so you never have to save questions for next time.
02The same doctor each visit
You see the specialist who knows your history, from the first appointment through to your follow-ups.
03Notes you can keep
We sketch, write down the plan and send you home with a summary to read again, or share with family.
04Privacy and comfort
Private changing areas, warm rooms and a chaperone available for any examination, whenever you would like one.
02 · Care
Six areas of care under one roof. Your doctor coordinates everything, so you are never passed around without knowing why.
01
Periods that are painful, heavy or irregular, pelvic pain, fibroids, cysts, endometriosis and contraception. We listen first, then explain your options, from simple changes to medication and, when it is needed, keyhole surgery.
02
A pre-pregnancy check, help with timing, and an assessment for both partners if it is taking longer than you hoped. If assisted reproduction could help, we talk you through it and refer you to a fertility centre.
03
Check-ups and scans from your first positive test, a birth plan you have talked through properly, delivery at a partner hospital, and a postnatal visit once the baby has arrived.
04
Hot flushes, poor sleep, low mood, joint aches and changing periods. We look at the whole picture and talk through treatment, including hormone therapy where it suits you.
05
Cervical screening, breast checks and mammogram referrals, pelvic ultrasound, bone health and blood tests, planned around your age and family history.
06
Pelvic health physiotherapy, nutrition advice and support through pregnancy, after birth and beyond, from practitioners who work alongside our doctors.
03 · Life stages
Choose a stage to see what usually comes up and how we can help.
Your 20s and 30s
This is often when questions about periods, contraception and screening come up for the first time. Painful or very heavy periods are common, but they are worth talking about, because conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS are easier to manage once they have a name.

Planning a family
A pre-pregnancy visit is a chance to review your health, start folic acid, check your vaccinations and talk about timing. If you have been trying for a while, we can look at possible reasons with both partners and explain the next steps clearly.

Pregnancy
Your antenatal visits follow a plan we agree together, with scans at the usual milestones and time to ask about anything on your mind. Nearer the date we talk through your birth plan, and after delivery we see you again to check on your recovery and how feeding is going.

Perimenopause and menopause
Perimenopause can begin years before your periods stop, and it does not always look the way people expect. Poor sleep, anxiety, brain fog and joint pain are as common as hot flushes. We listen to the whole story and talk honestly about the options, with and without hormones.

Health screening
Regular screening helps find changes early, often before you notice anything. We suggest tests based on your age, your family history and any symptoms, explain what each one is for, and go through every result with you in person.

How we work
You should leave every appointment knowing what happens next, and who to call if a question comes up before then.

07 · Questions
If your question is not here, call us on +65 6000 1234 or send a note with the form below. Our team replies on the same working day.
Your first appointment is mainly a conversation. We ask about your health, your periods and anything that is worrying you, and explain what we think is going on. An examination or scan only happens if it will help, and only with your agreement. You can ask for a chaperone at any time.
No, you can book directly with us. If you plan to claim through an insurance plan, some insurers ask for a referral letter from a GP, so it is worth checking your policy first. Our team can help you work out what you need.
Some services may be claimable under Medisave or your insurance plan, depending on the treatment and your policy. Please ask our team before your visit and we will explain what may apply to you.
Yes. Many people find it helpful to have someone with them, especially for pregnancy visits or when talking through results. Let us know when you book and we will make sure there is a seat for them.
Your NRIC or passport, any insurance card or letter of guarantee, a list of medicines you take, and previous reports or scan images if you have them. It also helps to note the date your last period started.
Our clinic is for planned appointments. If you are pregnant and have heavy bleeding, severe pain or fewer baby movements than usual, or you feel very unwell, go to the nearest emergency department or call 995.
